This 1970’s unaltered bungalow sits within Cheshire West Greenbelt. The building retains its Permitted Development Rights and as such can undergo quite significant floor area increases. The problem with the PD route meant that a lot of this floor area would be at ground level, therefore not improving the already small upstairs space. Under current planning rules extensions in the greenbelt are limited to around 30%, we are currently in discussion with the planners hoping to off set the PD area to allow for a larger extension.
