Located in a conservation area, Holly Lodge was built in 1910 by Brunner Mond, a Cheshire based chemicals company, to provide housing for the then company Directors.
The brief was to design a ground floor rear extension to create a large kitchen/ dining area which would double up as family living and a dramatic entertaining space. The design required a sympathetic approach to its surroundings whilst also pushing the boundaries with cutting edge design to provide a striking and daring interior.
